Profile

I hold a degree in Business Start-⁠ups and Business Models, with a technical background in computer science and a specialization in blockchain and AI.

I come from industrial and agri-food operations. At Mutti SpA I coordinated more than 100 farms and managed high-traceability supply chains.

Traceability is the thread that runs through my career: lots followed from the field to the lab, then blockchain, and now software products that verify their own numbers.

  3. Field sampler, “Residuo Zero” project

    Jul 2021 – Sep 2025

    • Organized and coordinated field work across Northern Italy with producer organization (PO) technicians and more than 100 farms, monitoring crops grown for a supply chain with non-detectable residues.
    • Planned visits, checked the phenological stage of each plot and collected samples following DNV/Mutti protocols.
    • Kept lots traceable all the way to accredited laboratories.
    • Contributed directly to the “0.00001 mg/kg residues” target and to extending the programme to new POs.
